LASIK & Refractive Surgery

Here at Ophthalmic Surgeons, we offer refractive surgery evaluations to help reduce your dependence on glasses.

LASIK/PRK

LASIK and PRK both reshape the front (cornea) of your eye. It’s important to determine if you’re a safe candidate for these procedures and your doctor will be able to help you with that.

Implantable Collamer Lens

Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICLs) are a fantastic option in which a lens is placed in the eye to correct your vision. This procedure is for those who do not yet have cataracts. Click here to go our ICL page or make an appointment to learn more!

Clear lens exchange (CLE)/Refractive lens exchange (RLE)

Most patients around 50 to 65 years old want glasses independence but their early cataracts are too mild for insurance coverage. If you find yourself in this category, you can still have a version of cataract surgery which is not covered by insurance. CLE/RLE can provide glasses independence while also eliminating the possibility for cataracts later in life.
